The Hylas 46 boasts supreme access to the engine room from the galley the navigation station and from a large hinged door built into the companion way steps. A dual racor system and fuel polishing pump makes it easy to polish fuel, change filters and transfer fuel between tanks. A large manifold for the fuel pick up and return is accessible under the galley sole. The 75 HP Yanmar engine provides adequate fuel efficient power to the  Gori folding propeller. An oil change pump with plumbing to both generator and engine make changing oil a simple process.
