Stellina Highlights
Cockpit
A safe, dry cockpit is a consideration on any offshore yacht and Stellina is no exception in this arena. All Hylas 56’s have an extended cockpit that allows crew to be comfortable and safe while underway. Access to the electric primary winches and well-placed secondaries allow for easy trimming. The option to zip in eisenglass to fully enclose the cockpit is helpful when inclement weather arises. The eisenglass can be removed and screen mesh substituted to limit sun exposure. Stellina also has a full set of sunshades to keep the cockpit shaded in warmer locations, while still allowing for a nice breeze.
Hull & Deck
The German Frers design of the Hylas 56 is unmistakable with classic lines and top notch performance combined with state of the art sailing attributes. Stellina carries all the Hylas DNA from previous models that combine to make a safe, performance driven, world class yacht. The hull is solid hand-laid Twaron and fiberglass making for a strong, sea-kindly hull. The decks are wide and easily traversed allowing for safe movement while underway. The linen color of the non-skid is a perfect contrast to the white trim and teak toe rail.
Sail Plan
Stellina is fast and comfortable underway. The customized Leisure Furl Boom Furler makes for quick and easy sail deployment, as well as safe and efficient reefing. At the end of the trip, stowing the sail takes only a few moments with no fuss. Quantum Carbon Technora composite sails are a perfect complement to the Boom Furler. Back to back 200+nm days are not uncommon on Stellina. Stellina just eats up the miles and gets you there safely and efficiently.
Interior Spaces
Comfort and attention to detail are the predominant attributes below deck. The elegant teak and bamboo woodwork compliment each other nicely, enhancing the wow factor of the interior. Multiple handholds blend seamlessly into the interior and are thoughtfully positioned for those times when safety is paramount. Hylas allows for customization in their builds and Stellina’s owners took full advantage to incorporate upgrades. Raising the salon floor by 2″ to allow for better outside visibility, making the saloon accessible to the aft cabin on both port and starboard sides, and increasing the aft shower space by 6″ are examples of the many customizations you will find on Stellina.
Galley
A thoroughly modern, efficient, world-class galley awaits you on Stellina. All Hylas 56’s have outstanding galley space and Stellina is in the forefront of galley design. The cooking area was brought forward toward the salon so that the “chef” is part of the action and fun when preparing food on board. The appliances include a dishwasher, induction cooktop, icemaker, and oven/microwave that are all inducted so they can be used via the lithium battery bank. The induction cooktop allows for accurate, variable cooking control while not overwhelming the galley with the heat generated by gas stoves. A double-size stainless steel centerline sink is in the perfect position for food prep. Granite countertops enhance the feel of this world-class galley.
Cabins
Stellina’s two cabin design is a wow factor below decks. The owner’s cabin comes with a centerline queen berth along with ample storage. The walkaround design makes for a comfortable setting whether underway or at anchor. The forward berth is physically larger than the owner’s cabin and will thrill your family and guests when they come by for a visit. This is not your typical V berth; it is a viable owner’s cabin serving also as a VIP for guests. The forward stateroom also comes with a desk and two file drawers, which makes it a perfect set up for a couple who wish to work remotely while aboard. Air conditioning, along with Ocean Aire hatch treatments, are incorporated into both cabins.

Dishwasher, watermaker, cooktop, washer-dryer, forward air-conditioning, and other electrical equipment can be powered through the house battery bank with the inverter(s).
